We take safeguarding very seriously.

We provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care. Outreach is monitored, inspected, and rated by the Care Quality Commission.

Routinely inspected

Outreach Support Services is a routinely inspected home care provider, and CQC-led inspections’ key lines of enquiry are whether we are safe, effective, caring, responsive to users’ needs, and well-led.

To meet these standards Outreach employs robust recruitment practices and risk assessments, constant staff training and supervision, and stringent medication protocols. We are always willing to listen to service users and their families if there is something they want to change.

Our last CQC inspection occurred in 2019, and we received a ‘Good’ rating in all areas. Click here to read it.

We pride ourselves on enhancing the quality of live of our service users, instilling in them the ability to lead as independent a life as possible. Some of our service users have been with us since we formed in 2015, and have nothing but positive things to say about our home care services. You can read some of our testimonials here.

What do our carers do?

Outreach carers truly believe in quality home care, so our highly experienced carers are there to assist with all aspects of personal care, helping with mobility, administering medication, housework, and hoisting. We can support various complex conditions.
